Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy local authority in South London, are looking for an experienced ICT Housing Systems Analyst to join their team and play a crucial role in their IT operations.

Position: ICT Housing Systems Analyst
Rate: £29.07 hour (Umbrella, Inside IR35)
Contract Duration: 3 months with possible extension 
Hours: Mon-Fri 9:00am - 17:00pm 

Purpose:

• Provide Tier 2 technical support for the Housing Management System, ensuring efficient resolution of requests.
• Collaborate with team members (including Tier 1 staff and management) to build a robust support model, and assist in implementing best practices, processes, and procedures.
• Deliver application maintenance and support services, addressing support requests in line with established standards and procedures.
• Investigate and resolve system issues, taking ownership of problems, liaising with IT suppliers, offering user advice or training, developing permanent or temporary solutions, making necessary modifications, updating documentation, or defining system enhancements.

• Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
• At least 1 year experience within a Senior Applications Support Officer role or equivalent.
• Effective communicator
• Asset management systems experience.
• Housing management systems experience.
