Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy local authority in Northwest London, are looking for an experienced Planning and Regeneration Lawyer to join their team and play a crucial role in their legal operations.

Position: Regeneration and Planning Lawyer 
Rate: £25.04 hour (Umbrella, Inside IR35)
Contract Duration: 5 months with possible extension 
Hours: Mon-Fri 9:00am - 17:00pm 
Working Pattern: Hybrid working.

Purpose:

• Manage legal files for all HB Public Law clients, including local authorities, housing associations, and schools
• Providing legal advice, representation, and research on planning and regeneration matters.
• Attend meetings and court hearings as required, including those outside regular office hours and off-site.
• Provide proactive and politically sensitive advice to officers and members, including in public forums.

• Must be a Qualified solicitor, barrister or fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, or equivalent. 
• Specialist knowledge of English law, including planning & regeneration and local government law.
• Proficient in use of Microsoft products & case management systems.
• Experience advising in planning & regeneration matters and contributing to a legal team.
