Accounting Assistant (Part-Time, Potential Full-Time) - Sydney CBD
We are looking for a motivated Accounting Assistant to join our finance team! This is a part-time role ($30/hr) with the potential to transition into full-time, perfect for someone who wants hands-on experience in a professional, student-centered environment.
What You'll Do:

• Support daily accounting tasks: accounts payable & receivable, invoices, and expense tracking
• Assist with bank reconciliations and monthly reporting
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist in audits or budgeting tasks
• Work closely with the finance team and gain exposure to real-world financial operations

What We're Looking For:

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience in bookkeeping or accounting software (MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks) a plus
• Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and organisation
• Excellent communication skills
• Full Work Rights in Australia
