CnerG, a subsidiary of Budding Talents Recruitment, is seeking a high-performing AI-Trained Virtual Business Manager to support Australian executives across administration, sales, customer service, marketing, recruitment, and digital operations. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who wants to work at the intersection of AI, automation, and global business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries and communications using AI-assisted tools
• Support lead generation, CRM management, and sales follow-ups
• Conduct market research and prepare business intelligence reports
• Assist with client relationship management and database maintenance
• Create and schedule social media content using AI design and copy tools
• Support graphic design, video editing, and digital marketing activities
• Update websites, assist with SEO optimisation, and provide basic IT support
• Prepare invoices, track payments, and assist with bookkeeping and reporting
• Support recruitment activities including candidate shortlisting and interview coordination
• Provide general administration, documentation, and team support

About You

• Minimum 1 year experience in administration, customer service, or a similar role
• Confident working directly with senior executives
• Strong interest in AI tools and automation (training provided)
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Canva, CapCut, CRM systems, and LinkedIn
• Strong organisational, communication, and time-management skills
• Proactive, target-driven, and solutions-focused mindset

Highly regarded (but not essential):

• Bookkeeping knowledge
• Graphic design or video editing skills
• Social media marketing experience
• Basic IT or WordPress experience
• Degree in Business, IT, or a related field
