We are currently partnering with a well-established and reputable bakery in Melbourne looking for a skilled and motivated Baker to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, creative environment and be part of a brand known for quality and consistency.
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and baked goods
• Follow and maintain consistent recipes and production standards
• Monitor dough preparation, fermentation, and baking processes
• Ensure product quality, presentation, and freshness at all times
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace in line with food safety standards
• Manage stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and production team

About You

• Previous experience as a Baker or in a similar role
• Relevant qualification in Baking or Commercial Cookery (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, dough handling, and fermentation
• Ability to work early morning shifts and in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
