What You'll Do:

• Recruit and onboard new drivers.
• Manage driver database and communications.
• Organize and run driver events and engagement initiatives.
• Ensure drivers feel supported and connected.

• A people-person who loves community management.
• Highly organized and proactive.
• Interested in operations, logistics, and building strong relationships.
