Your Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including screening and shortlisting candidates.
• Support onboarding and induction of new hires.
• Draft employment contracts and HR-related documentation.
• Contribute to employee engagement and training programs.
• Maintain HR records and update internal databases.
• Support HR policy development and compliance tracking.
• Assist with performance management and employee review cycles.
• Support payroll and HRIS (Human Resource Information System) tasks.
• Participate in workplace health and safety processes.
• Coordinate internal communications and HR-related events.

Requirements / Knowledge:

• Degree or current enrolment in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Proactive, positive attitude with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office; knowledge of HR software (BambooHR, SAP, Workday) is a plus.
• Enthusiasm to learn and develop practical HR skills under mentorship.

Cost:
A success-based internship facilitation fee of $2,200 (inc GST) applies only after you accept the internship offer following a successful interview. The fee includes:
