Human Resource Internship – 12 Weeks (3 Days/Week) Location: Australia Syd / Melb

About the Program STUDY AND WORK connects motivated emerging talent with companies looking to grow their HR teams. This internship provides hands-on HR experience under mentorship from experienced professionals. High-performing interns may be offered permanent employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment & selection processes (screening, shortlisting, interviews)
• Assist onboarding & induction of new employees
• Draft HR documents and contracts
• Maintain HR records and HRIS systems
• Contribute to HR policy, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives
• Support payroll, performance management, and internal communication

Ideal Candidate

• Degree or current enrolment in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Proactive, positive attitude with multitasking capabilities
• Familiarity with MS Office; HR software (BambooHR, SAP, Workday) is a plus
