About the role:  
The National Account Executive, Health & Service serves as a vital support role within the Health & Wellness Sales Team, dedicated to ensuring the effective management and enhancement of key accounts. This position is designed to assist Account Managers and the sales team by handling critical administrative functions, coordinating sales initiatives, and providing exceptional service to national accounts.  
 
By facilitating smooth operations and supporting the execution of strategic account plans, the National Account Support Executive helps drive sales growth within a key pharmacy retailer, maintain strong customer relationships, and achieve overall team objectives in the market.  
 
The National Account Executive will also work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders, whilst also building strong relationships with internal teams and functions.  
 
 
 

Role & Responsibilities:  

• Assistance in developing presentations for state meetings and customer meetings. 
• Involvement in projects as required, including planning, report generation, performance tracking & coordination.  
• Demonstrating knowledge of the VidaCorp business and commercial objectives to support decision making, solution centred support to sales functions ensuring delivery of a customer centric outcome and preparing and coordinating packs for customers (on behalf of the sales team)  
• Support sales forces tactical campaign execution e.g. NPD (New Product Launches) Understanding the strategic and tactical objectives for a key Pharmacy retailer. 

 

  
Skills & Experience:  

• 1-2 years’ experience in an administration / customer service / sales role in a complex working environment.  
• Experience delivering outstanding administrative and customer support and managing a high volume of tasks with competing priorities.  
• Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry would be highly regarded. Well-developed administrative and organisational skills with an ability to prioritise a variety of tasks and competing demands.  
• Proactive, professional, and customer-focused approach to all aspects of the role.  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail and strong understanding of the use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint. 
• An understanding of and complete commitment to confidentiality.
