About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Digital Lead to shape and deliver impactful digital marketing strategies across our Innovative Medicines portfolio. In this pivotal role, you will lead the development and optimisation of digital infrastructure, drive engaging multichannel campaigns, and enhance our digital presence to support patient and healthcare professional engagement.
This is a new and exciting role, offering a unique opportunity to be part of building the digital foundation and long-term blueprint for Arrotex Pharma. You’ll play a key role in shaping how digital is embedded across the business, influencing both strategic direction and operational execution from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
- Digital Infrastructure Implementation: Lead the integration and optimisation of marketing technologies (e.g., CRM systems, analytics platforms), collaborating with IT teams to ensure seamless functionality and compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.
- Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution: Assist in the creation and implementation of digital marketing strategies, managing content across digital channels and analysing market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Campaign Management: Coordinate online advertising campaigns, develop email marketing strategies, and work with agencies to ensure the timely and effective execution of digital adverts and campaigns.
- Website & Social Media Management: Oversee website content and manage social media platforms, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies and compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations.
- Analytics & Reporting: Utilise analytics tools to track the effectiveness of campaigns, prepare performance reports, and generate insights to inform future strategies and measure the impact of digital channels.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, regulatory, product) to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and support broader strategic initiatives, including product launches.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all digital content adheres to pharmaceutical industry regulations (e.g., MHRA, EMA), and assist in preparing materials for internal approval.
- Key Requirements
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, PPC, email marketing platforms, social media management tools).
- Proven track record in implementing and managing digital marketing infrastructure (e.g., CRM systems, marketing automation, analytics platforms).
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical advertising regulations (e.g., MHRA, EMA) is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including content marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and online advertising.
- Experience managing and optimising digital infrastructure for marketing purposes.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM tools and lead generation platforms.
- Digital Marketing certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Hootsuite) are desirable
