About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data and Analytics Manager to lead our data services function, focusing on business intelligence and low-code platform solutions. You will be responsible for managing a cross-functional team of Power BI analysts/developers and Power Platform developers to deliver scalable reporting solutions and applications that meet evolving business needs. This role is pivotal in advancing our self-service analytics culture, enhancing data governance, and delivering actionable insights across the organisation.
Role & Responsibilities:

• Oversee delivery of data, reporting, and analytics services via Power BI and Power Platform.
• Ensure quality, performance, and usability of dashboards, data models, and reports.
• Guide architecture and development practices for analytics and low-code solutions.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, translating business needs into impactful data products.
• Champion best practices in data quality, governance, and privacy compliance.
• Mentor and lead a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative culture.
• Monitor and optimise platform and solution performance.
• Drive service improvement and innovation, staying up to date with Microsoft’s data stack.
• Support change management and project delivery related to analytics platforms.

Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in Data and Analytics, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in Microsoft Azure Data Platform including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Strong knowledge of analytics strategy, governance, customer data, and compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to engage technical and business stakeholders effectively.
• Proven track record in delivering scalable reporting solutions in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications:

• Postgraduate qualification in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure, Power BI, Data Engineer, AI).
• Certifications in platforms like Databricks and Snowflake are highly desirable.
