About The Role:
The Pharmacy Support Specialist, reporting to the PharmaPrograms General Manager, is responsible for engaging with a network of pharmacies to deliver exceptional customer service by educating them on PharmaPrograms initiatives and optimizing their professional service remuneration.
This 12 month fixed term contract role involves outbound phone support, assisting with program workflows, patient identification, and best practice guidance. The position also supports a multidisciplinary call centre team and helps maintain the Customer Record Management system, contributing to the daily operations of a dynamic and growing organisation.
