We’re looking for a passionate, customer-obsessed Hybrid Stock Replenishment and Visual Merchandising Manager who is driven by beauty and inspired to create impactful in-store experiences. About the role:
We are currently seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandising Manager to join our Beauty Retail team for the launch of our first-ever concept store. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for executing compelling visual displays, managing the back-of-house operations, and ensuring our store environment reflects the essence of our brands. You will lead all aspects of in-store presentation, creating impactful moments that engage, inspire, and convert.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Bring the Brand to Life: Design and execute captivating visual merchandising strategies that reflect our brand identity and ignite customer inspiration.
- Create Immersive Experiences: Elevate store layouts and product presentations to deliver seamless, story-driven shopping journeys.
- Lead Seasonal Magic: Partner with Store Managers and HQ to bring campaigns, product launches, and promotional moments to life — on time and on point.
- Master the Details: Own back-of-house operations, from stock flow to replenishment, ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled machine.
- Inspire and Elevate: Conduct floor walks, coach teams, and uphold visual excellence across every corner of the store.
Skills & Experience: - Proven experience in visual merchandising in a retail environment (beauty or fashion highly desirable)
- Strong creative flair and eye for design, styling, and aesthetics
- Excellent planning, time management and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain visual standards at all times
- proactive attitude and ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for beauty, design, and creating immersive in-store experiences
You’ll need to be available for a mix of weekday and weekend shifts, with availability over peak retail periods such as public holidays and the lead-up to Christmas.
