About the role:
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Sales Coordinator to support our National Accounts team at VidaCorp. In this fast-paced and rewarding role, you’ll be at the heart of our commercial operations, providing end-to-end support across sales events, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and project execution.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate national and state-based sales conferences, customer meetings, and training events (venues, travel, catering, logistics)
- Prepare reports, maintain sales dashboards, and manage key CRM and data systems
- Support sales campaigns and new product launches through project tracking and resource coordination
- Manage and track customer agreements, POS inventory, and campaign compliance
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including onboarding, reward programs, and sales pack preparation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to deliver commercial outcomes
- Assist with sales reporting through tools like NostraData, BI, and Excel dashboards
Skills & Experience: - 2–3 years’ experience in administration, sales coordination, or customer service
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office 365 skills (including PowerPoint, SharePoint & Outlook)
- Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail
- Ability to work across competing priorities and collaborate with a broad stakeholder group
- A proactive and customer-first mindset with a passion for making things happen
