About the role:
 
As the Purchasing Coordinator for VidaCorp Consumer Brands you will sit within Supply Chain and be responsible for the creation, tracking and system maintenance of purchase orders across our portfolio of cosmetic brands - including MCoBeauty, Nude by Nature. Makeup Cartel and many more.
 
You’ll be working with a mixture of local and overseas manufacturers supplying finished goods, components, and packaging across cosmetics, beauty, health, and wellness.
 
Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor purchase orders (POs) in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up with suppliers
• Proactively identify and communicate any issues or delays related to payments, raw materials, production, or logistics
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve PO-related concerns and maintain supply continuity
• Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance purchasing processes and systems
• Maintain accurate supplier and purchasing master data, including lead times, pricing, and key contacts
• Monitor supplier performance and escalate any compliance or performance issues
• Contribute to updating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
• Engage in professional development and training to expand knowledge of supply chain functions
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and safety standards across all work environments
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to workplace health and safety at both internal and external sites

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in Purchasing or Replenishment within FMCG manufacturing is preferred
• Strong understanding of procurement, supply chain management, and inventory control
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple POs, suppliers, and projects simultaneously
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Self-starter with a collaborative team approach and ability to work independently
• Proficient in NetSuite/ERP and MS Office Suite (Excel)
• Business-level proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Korean is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Business, or relevant experience is desirable
