About the Role:
The Pipeline Insights and Analytics Lead will play a critical role in shaping strategic and commercial decisions across Arrotex’s Innovative Medicines Portfolio. This position is responsible for delivering robust, data-driven insights to guide key business choices and support successful commercialisation pathways.
As a core member of cross-functional Brand Teams, the Pipeline Insights and Analytics Lead will proactively identify priority business questions and develop tailored insights plans—leveraging primary market research and advanced data analytics—to inform brand strategy, pipeline progression, and go-to-market approaches.
This role offers the opportunity to influence the future of Arrotex’s pipeline by ensuring that decisions are grounded in evidence, market understanding, and a deep awareness of evolving customer and healthcare system needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to the Marketing team, delivering objective insights to inform brand and commercial decision-making.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive insights plan to address a wide range of business questions, selecting the most appropriate research and analytical methodologies.
- Independently design and manage end-to-end primary market research projects that directly address key strategic and commercial needs.
- Define and oversee the execution of data analytics to support ongoing business queries and inform decision-making.
- Lead the cross-functional analytics coordination forum to ensure alignment and consistency in insights activities across the portfolio.
- Consolidate and maintain a centralised “Insights Book” that captures all relevant insights for a given therapy or disease area.
- Lead the development of situation analyses to support the annual Brand Planning process.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of the Long-Range Planning (LRP) forecast model, providing key assumptions and insights to support planning accuracy.
Key Requirements - Extensive experience in primary market research, with strong expertise across qualitative and quantitative methodologies, including the design and execution of insight-driven projects.
- Advanced skills in quantitative analysis, with the ability to conduct complex data interpretation independently or in collaboration with analytics experts.
- Deep understanding of biopharmaceutical commercialisation processes, including go-to-market strategies and launch planning.
- Strong track record of working with global brands in highly competitive markets, with the ability to leverage insights from international markets.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives.
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior leadership, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic thought partner.
- Proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to anticipate business needs and work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and adept at structuring problem-solving approaches and insight generation frameworks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is essential; postgraduate qualifications desirable.
