About the role:
Working closely with internal stakeholders and the broader Strategic Partnerships team, this role helps to integrate new products and programs into the Arrotex portfolio, ensuring seamless execution of launches and initiatives. The role involves tracking partnership performance and revenue throughout the product lifecycle, contributing to the ongoing success and growth of Arrotex. A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused mindset is essential for driving outcomes and supporting the business’s strategic objectives
Role & Responsibilities:
- Support product and contract lifecycle management for Arrotex’s strategic pharmaceutical partnerships
- Assist with the integration and launch of new products and programs into the Arrotex pharmaceutical portfolio
- Monitor partnership performance to ensure delivery exceeds Arrotex revenue expectations
- Contribute to forecasting and financial planning, including YTD tracking and budgeting
- Support development of annual brand plans and marketing strategies
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer analysis to inform strategic direction and opportunity identification
- Assist in identifying new product and partnership opportunities, including market research and business case support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, analytics, supply, and regulatory
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, SOPs, and legal/ethical standards
- Contribute to demand planning for both new and established product portfolios
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, including monthly performance reviews
- Actively support brand promotions, new launches, and commercial initiatives through strong internal partnerships and tactical execution
Skills & Experience: - Proven experience in product and/or brand management within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or consumer health industries
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Solid project management capabilities, with experience overseeing product launches, marketing campaigns, and cross-functional initiatives
- Strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable business recommendations
- Financial acumen, including experience or familiarity with profit and loss (P&L) management, forecasting, and budgeting, would be advantageous.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in data reporting, marketing materials, and compliance documentation
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, with the agility to adapt to shifting priorities and evolving business needs
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Forms
- Experience using analytical tools and market intelligence platforms such as Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently while contributing to broader team objectives
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across various functions and levels of seniority
- Demonstrated results orientation, with a track record of delivering on key commercial and strategic objectives
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a marketing or product management role, ideally within fast-moving, high-volume product environments
- Experience developing creative, media, and research briefs, and working closely with agencies or internal creative teams
- Familiarity with the Medicines Australia Code of Conduct and the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) Advertising Code, ensuring all promotional activities meet regulatory requirements
- Exposure to new product development (NPD) processes, from ideation to launch and post-market review
- Prior experience working in cross-functional teams that include sales, regulatory, supply chain, and finance stakeholders
- A good understanding of the Australian prescription medicines landscape, including the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS), and its influence on product pricing, access, and portfolio planning would be highly regarded
