BeautyBar – Step into a Store Experience Like No Other

Introducing BeautyBar — located in High St, Armadale, the first-ever concept store that brings together three of Australia’s most loved beauty brands: MCoBeauty, Nude by Nature, and esmi Skin Minerals — in one destination.

This space is more than a retail store. It’s a beauty destination where customer experience comes first. From personalised makeup and beauty services to influencer-led events and immersive brand activations, BeautyBar is designed to inspire and connect.

We’re looking for Casual Beauty Advisors, Makeup Artists, and Beauty Therapists to join our team of passionate, customer-obsessed individuals who love beauty and thrive on creating meaningful connections. If you believe retail should be inspiring, purposeful, and fun — this is your moment.


About the role:
As a key player in our trailblazing new concept store, you won’t just be working retail — you’ll be part of a beauty experience that’s never been done before. Every day will bring new opportunities to delight our customers, bring our brands to life, and create memorable moments that keep them coming back.

As a brand ambassador for MCoBeauty, Nude by Nature, and esmi Skin Minerals, you'll bring energy and warmth to every customer interaction. Whether it’s offering personalised recommendations, restocking shelves, or keeping our store sparkling, you’ll play a vital role in creating unforgettable in-store experiences.
 
Role & Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional, personalised customer experiences that reflect a deep understanding of individual beauty needs
• Provide expert in-store makeup and/or beauty services in a warm, inclusive, and consultative manner
• Support customers with product recommendations and demonstrations to help them feel confident and empowered
• Uphold high standards in visual merchandising, cleanliness, and in-store presentation
• Assist with the smooth delivery of in-store activations, beauty events, and service appointments
• Contribute to a positive team culture that values customer connection, collaboration, and continuous learning
• Act as a passionate brand ambassador, bringing the BeautyBar experience to life on the shop floor

 
Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in a retail, beauty, or service-based role (makeup artistry or beauty therapy experience highly regarded)
• A genuine passion for beauty, wellness, and delivering exceptional customer service
• Skilled in either product-based customer interaction, in-store makeup application, or beauty treatments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with people
• Confidence in working in a fast-paced retail environment with a flexible, can-do attitude
• Professional presentation and a proactive approach to exceeding customer expectations

You’ll need to be available for a mix of weekday and weekend shifts, with availability over peak retail periods such as public holidays and the lead-up to Christmas. Please note your availability in the cover letter section of your application.
