What You Bring:

• A proven track record in leading high-performing teams in a retail or pharmacy setting
• Passion for beauty, wellness, and making customers feel their best
• Confidence, charisma, and the ability to lead with both heart and hustle
• Experience in managing sales targets, visual merchandising, and operational excellence — but more importantly, the ability to create memorable store energy
• Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends and peak retail periods
