BeautyBar – Step into a Store Experience Like No Other

Introducing BeautyBar — located in High St, Armadale, the first-ever concept store that brings together three of Australia’s most loved beauty brands: MCoBeauty, Nude by Nature, and esmi Skin Minerals — in one destination.

This space is more than a retail store. It’s a beauty destination where customer experience comes first. From personalised makeup and beauty services to influencer-led events and immersive brand activations, BeautyBar is designed to inspire and connect.

We’re looking for a Flagship Store Manager to lead this exciting new concept and redefine what beauty retail can be. If you thrive on building from the ground up, shaping culture, and delivering unforgettable experiences — this is your moment.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional, personalised customer experiences
• Recruit, train, and coach team members, creating a culture of performance and passion
• Champion the customer journey by ensuring a warm, consultative, and inclusive environment
• Drive store performance by achieving sales targets and managing key KPIs
• Ensure high visual and operational standards across the store
• Lead the delivery of in-store activations, influencer events, and beauty service experiences
• Act as the key brand ambassador for BeautyBar in the local community

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within retail, beauty, or service-driven environments
• A passion for the beauty and wellness industry, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to build and lead a team with energy, empathy, and accountability
• Strong commercial acumen — confident in managing sales, stock, rosters, and store operations
• Experience delivering exceptional in-store experiences through services or events
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
