About the role:
Join Arrotex Pharmaceuticals as a Wholesale Coordinator to strengthen and manage key customer and wholesaler relationships by ensuring optimal supply chain performance across demand planning, inventory management, and logistics.
Acting as a central point of coordination between customers, internal stakeholders, and third-party providers, this role drives product availability, service excellence, and supply chain efficiency. This role supports business growth, enhances customer satisfaction, and ensures alignment with operational and strategic goals within a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and wholesalers, lead collaboration meetings, and support customer growth through performance measures.
- Work with internal teams (Logistics, Supply, Demand) to optimise inventory levels, enhance product availability, and ensure high DIFOT (Delivery In Full On Time) to wholesalers.
- Coordinate with customers to ensure accurate demand planning, manage ordering patterns, and align stock needs for promotions and new product launches.
- Provide end-to-end customer service, manage order discrepancies and delivery shortfalls, and liaise with the customer service team for timely issue resolution.
- Actively monitor inventory across 3PL and wholesaler networks, and report on internal supply chain metrics and performance indicators.
- Identify opportunities and lead supply chain improvement initiatives, support new product launches, and participate in projects related to wholesaler management.
- Communicate effectively with various internal stakeholders, resolve or escalate wholesaler concerns, and ensure transparency around stock availability and order status.
- Champion Arrotex values, uphold safety policies, foster collaboration across departments, and demonstrate flexibility, confidentiality, and a proactive approach to a changing environment.
Skills & Experience: - 2+ years' experience in supply chain or customer service roles, ideally in pharmaceutical, FMCG, or manufacturing sectors.
- Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver advanced customer service.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, experience with SAP or similar ERP systems, and ability to analyse, interpret, and present data to drive process improvements and support business decisions.
- Demonstrated strength in planning, prioritising tasks, managing deadlines, and operating effectively in fast-paced, high-change environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Holds a tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field; APICS certification is desirable.
- Experience in a customer-facing supply chain role within the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.
- Openness to occasional interstate travel (1–2 times/year).
