About the role:
Join Arrotex as a Hospital Specialist Representative in NSW and take on a dynamic role at the forefront of healthcare engagement. You'll be the key link between our innovative portfolio and hospital-based healthcare professionals, driving business growth through strategic customer engagement and data-informed decision-making.
This role goes beyond sales, it's about building meaningful relationships, uncovering insights, and influencing treatment choices in specialist and hospital settings to improve patient outcomes. Role & Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with HCPs and stakeholders to drive product awareness, increase brand uptake, and deliver against territory sales objectives through strategic customer engagement and planning.
- Manage and execute an effective call cycle and journey plan, ensuring regular, meaningful in-field visits that align with KPIs and territory business priorities.
- Analyse data and customer insights to inform territory plans, identify brand opportunities, and tailor solutions that align with both customer and brand objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing and medical teams to support campaign development, share insights, and execute promotional and educational initiatives at both state and national levels.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, therapeutic areas, competitor activities, and industry trends through continuous learning and participation in development programs.
- Uphold company policies, maintain accurate CRM data and territory reporting, and follow health, safety, and compliance standards in all working environments.
Skills & Experience: - Minimum 2+ years in specialist or hospital sales, with desirable experience in Haematology or Oncology; strong understanding of the PBS and pharmaceutical market dynamics.
- Proven abilities in business planning, negotiation, influencing, cross-functional collaboration, time management, and interpreting medical literature.
- Medicines Australia Code of Conduct certification required; tertiary qualification in science or a healthcare-related field is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) for reporting, presentations, and territory planning.
- High integrity, accountability, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach aligned with Arrotex’s values.
- Must hold a full driver’s licence and be open to intra/interstate travel, including regional trips and occasional weekend conferences or corporate events.
