Imagine being part of the leadership team in a beauty destination that unites three powerhouse brands — MCoBeauty, Nude by Nature, and esmi Skin Minerals — all under one roof for the very first time. We’re on the lookout for an inspiring Assistant Store Manager who’s excited to help shape a brand-new store experience from the ground up. You’ll support the Store Manager in setting the standard, leading the team, and creating an unforgettable customer journey.

What You’ll Experience:

• A Front Row Seat to a Launch: Play a pivotal role in bringing this bold concept store to life — from first fit-out to grand opening and beyond.
• Collaborative Leadership: Partner with the Store Manager to guide and empower a passionate team who live and breathe beauty.
• Every Day Feels Beautiful: Dive deep into our iconic Aussie beauty brands, build product knowledge, and share your passion with your customers.

What You Bring:

• Previous experience in a leadership role within a fast-paced retail or pharmacy environment
• A love for beauty, wellness, and creating empowering customer experiences
• Strong team player energy — you lift others up and thrive on shared success
• A sharp eye for detail in operations, stock flow, and visual merchandising
• Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends, and peak periods
