National Sales Manager – Hospital Specialist

Farmaforce is seeking a dynamic National Sales Manager – Hospital Specialist Team to spearhead the success of our national hospital sales force and inspire the next generation of healthcare sales professionals.

The Role
As National Sales Manager – Hospital Specialist, you will:

• Lead, coach and mentor a team of Hospital Specialist Representatives across multiple states and territories.
• Champion infield coaching with regular customer-facing visits to support development and performance.
• Drive the implementation of strategic brand initiatives and ensure alignment with prescriber engagement plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop territory and account-based business plans.
• Identify capability gaps and implement tailored training and development initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs and uphold fiscal responsibility across regional team budgets.
• Foster best-practice approaches in territory planning, CRM utilisation, and stakeholder management.
• Maintain detailed coaching documentation and performance tracking to support continuous improvement.

Your Experience
To thrive in this role, you will bring:

• Demonstrated success in a national or regional sales leadership role within pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
• Strong coaching credentials with a track record of building high-performing, engaged teams.
• Strategic acumen with exceptional planning, stakeholder management and execution capability.
• Willingness and ability to travel nationally to support team members and customers.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics, and performance reporting.
