About the role:
As a Senior Quality Associate, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that our beauty and skincare products meet all internal and external quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. You’ll work cross-functionally with R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to implement and maintain quality systems that drive consistency, compliance, and consumer trust.
  
  
  
Role & Responsibilities:

• Oversee quality control activities across manufacturing and packaging processes.
• Conduct in-process inspections, batch record reviews, and final product release.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, EU Cosmetics Regulation, ISO standards, and other relevant global regulations.
• Manage CAPAs, non-conformance investigations, and root cause analysis.
• Support internal and external audits; ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure raw material quality and traceability.
• Maintain and improve quality documentation, SOPs, and training programs.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.

  
  
  
  
Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Cosmetic Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance within the cosmetics, personal care, or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO 22716, FDA guidelines, and global cosmetic regulations.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with quality systems, documentation, and digital tools (e.g., TrackWise, MasterControl) is a plus.
