Regional Director of Operations (Condo Division)

Salary Range: $110,000 – $140,000 + Performance bonus

What Will You Do?

• Oversee day-to-day operations across a portfolio of residential condominium properties within your region
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of property and community managers to ensure service excellence and compliance with company standards and condominium legislation
• Review financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to ensure fiscal responsibility and profitability
• Build strong relationships with condo boards, vendors, and service providers, maintaining a reputation for integrity and professionalism
• Ensure all properties meet safety, maintenance, and regulatory requirements
• Identify opportunities for business development, contract renewals, and service expansion within the division
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership on regional planning, reporting, and organizational improvements

What Do You Bring?

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in property or condominium management, with at least 3 years in a regional or senior leadership role
• Deep understanding of condominium operations, governance, and financial management
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing, multi-site teams
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities — capable of influencing and building trust at all levels
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution
• CMRAO license or eligibility is considered a strong asset
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the GTA
