Territory Sales Representative 

Location: GTA (Hybrid – Field-Based | Milton office Mondays & Fridays)

Salary Range: $90,000–$100,000 base salary + uncapped commission (OTE First Year $125,000–$140,000)

What Will You Do?

• Actively engage in field sales to develop new business and grow an established client base across the East GTA territory
• Expand market share through proactive business development and relationship building
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and client retention
• Strategically manage territory zoning based on customer potential and historical purchasing data
• Plan and organize daily schedules independently to maximize sales effectiveness
• Deliver in-person product demonstrations and presentations to prospective and existing clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strong customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery

What Do You Bring?

• Minimum 2+ years of outside sales or new business development experience (product-based industry preferred over service)
• Open to candidates with 2+ years of inside sales/outbound business development experience looking to transition into outside sales
• Proven success in lead generation, client engagement, and closing new business
• Experience preparing professional sales proposals and quotations
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills
• Results-driven mindset with a strong customer-first approach
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Secondary education diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Working Conditions

• Field-based role involving regular on-site customer visits
• In-office collaboration required at the Mississauga location on Mondays and Fridays
