RFP Specialist (Bilingual – English/French)

Salary Range: $85,000 – $90,000 + Bonus

What Will You Do?

• Lead and support the coordination of RFP, RFQ, and RFI submissions from initial intake to final delivery
• Draft, review, and redline a variety of commercial agreements, including:
  
  • NDAs
  • Service agreements
  • Statements of Work (SOWs)
  • Distribution or vendor agreements
• Ensure all contracts align with internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with sales, legal, marketing, and operations teams to gather and validate submission content
• Monitor procurement platforms and identify relevant opportunities
• Track deadlines, manage timelines, and ensure timely, compliant submissions
• Review tender addendums, amendments, and updates to ensure accuracy in proposals
• Maintain and update contract templates, compliance documentation, and internal processes

What Do You Bring?

• 4+ years of experience in RFP coordination, contract drafting, or legal/compliance roles
• Strong experience reviewing and drafting commercial contracts and legal documentation
• Exposure to procurement processes (RFP/RFQ/RFI) and tender submissions
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and spoken)
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong proofreading and editing skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, risk mitigation, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Post-secondary education in Law, Paralegal Studies, Business, or a related field
