Paint Equipment Repair Technician
Location: Halton Hills (Milton) - On site 
Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm 

Salary Range: $26-30/hr (based on experience) + overtime + benefits
* Will go above $30/hr for those with direct industry experience

What Will You Do?

• Perform technical diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on piston and diaphragm pumps and related systems
• Service and maintain specialized industrial pumping equipment
• Participate in system assembly and rig production
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports and track inventory usage
• Provide technical phone support to customers
• Conduct off-site service calls at customer locations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-performance service delivery
• Support additional technical and operational duties as required

What Do You Bring?

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related technical or mechanical field
• Experience in industries such as spray foam insulation, protective coatings, finishing, or similar industrial applications
• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on troubleshooting and repair capabilities
• Familiarity with Graco or Titan product lines (asset)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to support customers professionally
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfort working both in-shop and in the field
• High school diploma required; technical certification or post-secondary education considered an asset
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
