Salary: AED 18,000 per month

Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager to lead operations and execution within the Paints & Coatings segment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing large-scale projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality coating solutions.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project execution for paints and coatings applications.
• Manage operations including planning, resource allocation, and budgeting.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project alignment.
• Monitor project progress, quality standards, and safety compliance.
• Resolve technical and operational challenges to maintain project timelines.
• Prepare reports and documentation for internal and client review.
• Support business development by identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation.

 Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in project management within the paints and coatings industry.
• Proven ability to manage operations and execution across multiple projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with UAE market and regulatory standards is preferred.
