Role Overview
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of design and build projects. You will coordinate with internal teams, clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple design and build projects from inception to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate design development with architects, engineers, and interior designers.
• Manage procurement, subcontractor selection, and contract negotiations.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Conduct regular site visits and quality inspections.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, providing updates and managing expectations.
• Ensure health and safety standards are upheld throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) in project management within the design and build or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of architectural and construction processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
