Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Salary: AED 25,000 - 30,000 per month

Company Overview
Our client is a global workspace-solutions company specialising in designing, delivering and supporting sustainable and vitalising work environments across offices, education, healthcare and government sectors. With a strong emphasis on circular design and sustainability, they collaborate closely with architects, designers and project partners.
For our Dubai / UAE operations, we are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to drive growth and build relationships in the region.

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and drive sales growth in the UAE and Gulf region, aligned with our clients positioning in workspace furnishings, fit-out and services.
• Identify, approach and secure key corporate, education, healthcare and government accounts, building a pipeline of qualified leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, project consultants, facility managers and decision-makers.
• Present and propose products and service solutions (furniture, space-in-space, acoustics, circular services) to prospects, demonstrating value in sustainability and circular design.
• Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts and commercial agreements, working closely with internal teams (product, design, operations, after-sales).
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to localise campaigns, develop region-specific sales materials and ensure brand consistency.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to identify emerging opportunities or risks.
• Report on sales pipeline status, forecasts and performance against targets; manage CRM data and ensure accurate records.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions and networking opportunities in the region to raise our clients profile and generate leads.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of business development or sales experience in the UAE/Gulf region, ideally within the office-furniture, interior-fit-out, workspace-solutions or project-based industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a B2B/project-driven environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills; fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Strong networking skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level stakeholders.
• Understanding of workplace trends, circular economy concepts and sustainability in the built-environment sector is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willing to travel within the UAE and Gulf region for client visits, project meetings and industry events.
