Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior fit-out estimation, with the ability to manage multiple tenders, analyze drawings and specifications, and produce accurate cost estimates.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior fit-out projects including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
• Conduct site visits and assessments when required.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and procurement teams to ensure alignment on budgets and timelines.
• Prepare and submit tender documents and BOQs.
• Analyze project risks and propose cost-effective solutions.
• Maintain and update cost databases and estimation tools.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in estimation within the UAE fit-out industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of local market rates, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., Candy, CostX, Excel).
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
