Location: Dubai, UAE
Reports to: Operations Director / Head of Projects
Salary: 23 - 25K per month

Role Overview The Project Manager oversees end‑to‑end delivery of design and build projects, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role involves close coordination with clients, designers, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors while leading internal project teams across all project stages.

Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution

• Manage full project lifecycle from concept, design development, procurement, and construction to final handover.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Review and coordinate design drawings, technical submissions, and specifications.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials, subcontractors, and long‑lead items.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project duration.
• Lead progress meetings, present updates, and address project issues proactively.
• Coordinate with consultants, authorities, and internal teams for approvals and compliance.

Site Coordination & Supervision

• Oversee site execution to ensure alignment with design, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and maintain strict cost control.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, authority regulations, and company standards.
• Implement QA/QC and HSE procedures across project activities.
• Conduct inspections, snagging, and manage final testing and commissioning.

Reporting & Documentation

• Track project performance using KPIs such as progress, cost, and quality.
• Prepare regular project reports, variation claims, and change management documentation.
• Manage contractual obligations, including subcontractor agreements, invoices, and handover files.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of design and build processes (interiors, fit‑out, architecture, MEP).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proficiency in project planning software (MS Project, Primavera) and basic design review tools (AutoCAD).
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of procurement, contract administration, and local authority approval processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in design & build / fit‑out project management.
• PMP or similar certification (preferred but not mandatory).
• UAE experience with authority procedures is an advantage.
