Job Title: Site Coordinator
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 18,000 - 20,000 per month
 
About the Company:
Our client is a dynamic fit-out and interior design company delivering high-quality commercial projects across Dubai. They pride themselves on professionalism, timely project delivery, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and consultants.
 
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Site Coordinator to support the delivery of ongoing projects, ensuring smooth communication, proper documentation, and compliance with design intent and project schedules. The role requires a hands-on approach, with regular presence on-site and specific days in the main office.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact on-site, facilitating communication and coordination between Contractors, Consultants, and Client Representatives.
• Manage and lead site meetings to monitor project progress, address issues, and ensure alignment with project timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work complies with design specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Handle documentation management, including reviewing RFIs, shop drawings, material samples, and other project documents.
• Ensure proper record-keeping of all site-related activities and communicate updates to the project team.
• Maintain a physical presence on-site, with designated days spent at the main office for coordination with the design and project teams.

 
Requirements:

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in site coordination or a similar role, preferably in interior fit-out or commercial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, site documentation, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with project management software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage but not required.
