Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to join our client's dynamic team in Dubai. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth coordination between the sales, design, and delivery teams, helping drive client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Maintain CRM systems and track sales performance metrics.
• Liaise with clients to schedule meetings and follow up on inquiries.
• Support in market research and competitor analysis.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, ideally within design, construction, or related industries.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
