MEP Manager
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 18K - 25K per month

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced MEP Manager to join our growing team. The right candidate will play a key role in ensuring that mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are seamlessly integrated into our projects, maintaining the design integrity and technical excellence that define our work.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Project Delivery: Lead all MEP aspects of design and construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and our uncompromising quality standards.
• Client Interface: Extract and interpret client briefs, translating technical and performance requirements into clear MEP design and coordination strategies.
• Pre-Contract Coordination: Work closely with design teams and MEP consultants to develop coordinated design documentation, ensuring all systems are well-integrated and compliant with project objectives.
• Post-Award Management: Liaise with appointed MEP contractors to oversee design development, value engineering, and shop drawing review processes.
• Site Oversight: Monitor progress on site to ensure MEP installations align with design intent, program, and quality expectations. Identify potential risks early and implement corrective actions swiftly.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all MEP works are executed in accordance with local codes, regulations, and best practices.
• Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with architecture, interior design, and construction management teams to achieve seamless project integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related discipline).
• 5-10 years of experience in MEP design management or site coordination within the construction or interior fit-out industry.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high level of quality.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems design, coordination, and installation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and contractor performance.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience in both pre- and post-contract stages of project delivery.
• Familiarity with UAE building codes and industry standards.
