Job Title: Site Supervisor
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 6,000 – 8,000 per month

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth on-site operations, maintain quality standards, and coordinate effectively with project teams and subcontractors.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is progressing as per schedule.
• Monitor quality control and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and subcontractors.
• Resolve on-site issues and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain accurate site records and reports.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in interior fit-out or construction supervision.
• Strong understanding of project drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
