Senior Interior Designer – High End Fit-Out
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 29,000 – 31,000 per month

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead the design development of commercial fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, deep understanding of workplace design trends, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept through to detailed drawings and site coordination
• Develop space planning, mood boards, and material selections aligned with client needs
• Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and contractors to ensure design integrity
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders
• Ensure all design documentation is accurate, timely, and aligned with project goals
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Minimum 6 years of UAE experience in commercial interior design
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite is a plus
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
