Job Title: Procurement Officer
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 10,000 - 15,000 per month

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Officer to manage sourcing, purchasing, and vendor relationships for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills and a proven track record in procurement within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure materials, equipment, and services for projects
• Negotiate contracts and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Ensure timely delivery and compliance with quality standards
• Monitor inventory and manage cost control measures
• Prepare procurement reports and maintain accurate documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of procurement experience, preferably in construction
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Knowledge of UAE market and procurement regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
