Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 18,000 - 22,000 per month

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage cost planning, budgeting, and contract administration for design and build projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial management and a proven ability to deliver accurate cost control in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for projects
• Manage tendering processes and evaluate contractor bids
• Monitor project costs and implement effective cost control measures
• Administer contracts and handle variations and claims
• Provide regular financial reports and forecasts to management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role within design & build projects
• Strong knowledge of cost management, contracts, and UAE market practices
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant QS software
