Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Chemical Sales Engineer to join our team remotely from Pakistan. The successful candidate will specialize in chemical raw materials and play a key role in driving sales growth, building client relationships, and supporting business development initiatives across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with clients across industrial sectors (coatings, plastics, lubricants, food, cosmetics, etc.).
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in Pakistan and regional markets.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers, ensuring solutions meet their requirements.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategy.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (mandatory).
- 2-5 years of experience in chemical raw material sales, business development, or key account management.
- Strong technical understanding of chemical products and applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Fluency in English; Urdu proficiency preferred
