Job Description:
 
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee residential fit-out projects for our client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and proven experience in managing residential projects.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee residential fit-out projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and design teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.
• Implement and enforce health and safety regulations on-site.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the residential sector.
• Strong knowledge of residential fit-out processes and standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
