We are seeking an experienced General Manager – Portfolio (GMP) to oversee the management of Western Sydney University portfolio. This leadership role is responsible for delivering exceptional operational and financial performance, driving occupancy, and fostering a positive resident experience. You will lead a high-performing team and work closely with key stakeholders to ensure UniLodge remains the manager of choice.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the operational and financial performance of multiple properties within the portfolio.
- Drive occupancy and revenue through strategic rate management and marketing initiatives.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, ensuring effectiverecruitment, training, and development.
- Maintain compliance with legislation, WHS, and UniLodge policies while ensuring property standards.
- Develop and manage strong relationships with owners, universities, and key stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate - Proven experience in multi-site property or portfolio management.
- Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness.
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Unrestricted Working Rights in Australia
- Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
