In your role as Leasing Manager at The Raleigh, you will play a key part in driving performance and activating a thriving residential community. You’ll lead a high-impact leasing strategy that maximises rental outcomes while delivering a seamless, premium experience aligned to our design-led vision. As a trusted advisor to stakeholders, you’ll provide clear market insights and help cultivate an engaged resident base, supporting strong retention and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:
  
At a glance, you will:

• Own and drive the leasing strategy to maximise rental performance, optimise occupancy, and achieve revenue targets.
• Create an exceptional leasing experience from first enquiry to move-in.
• Generate and convert leads by proactively managing the leasing pipeline and CRM to achieve sustained leasing success.
• Provide market insights to guide pricing, incentives, and leasing decisions.
• Build and nurture a thriving resident community, supporting retention through careful tenant selection, strong relationships, and long-term engagement.

Your Strengths and Experience:

Our team at The Raleigh are seeking a strategic and commercially minded leasing professional with a passion for delivering exceptional resident experiences. Experienced in driving occupancy, optimising rental performance, and leading end-to-end leasing processes, you thrive in fast-paced, design-led environments. You will also have:
  

• Proven experience in leasing, ideally within residential, commercial, or retail sectors.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Detail-oriented and results-focused, consistently striving to meet and exceed targets.
• Completed Cert IV in Real Estate/Agent’s Representative Certificate (VIC)
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia & National Police Check.
