As custodian of the asset, you will balance commercial outcomes with a refined, warm and service-led approach to deliver a truly differentiated residential experience. In this role, you will shape the end-to-end resident journey – integrating leasing strategy, community engagement and asset performance. • Lead the day-to-day performance of the asset, ensuring a seamless, high-quality living experience where every detail is considered and every interaction feels effortless.
• Drive revenue and asset value through strategic leasing, pricing and disciplined financial management.
• Create a vibrant, connected community by curating resident experiences, events and services that foster a genuine sense of belonging.
• Build trusted relationships with residents, partners and stakeholders, delivering responsive, transparent and service-led communication.
• Lead, inspire and develop an on-site team that embodies the brand’s commitment to making renting easy, enjoyable and community focused.

Your Strengths and Experience:

You are a service-driven leader who understands what it takes to create exceptional living environments. Comfortable navigating complexity, you combine sharp commercial acumen with a commitment to delivering a premium resident experience. You will also bring:

• Previous leadership background in premium residential or hospitality environments.
• Valid Class 2 Real Estate Licence and is either enrolled or has completed Diploma studies, with a strong desire to progress to a Class 1 certification.
• A supportive and team-first leadership style that motivated and empowers others to do their best.
• Great communication skills and a genuine passion for connecting with residents, owners, investors, and colleagues alike.
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia & National Police Check.
