Role Snapshot:
As Property Manager Operations, you will play a key leadership role in delivering an exceptional resident and customer experience while supporting the overall success of the property. You will oversee day-to-day operations, financial performance, occupancy, sales, and administration, ensuring the property is presented to the highest standard and achieves its commercial objectives.
This role may also require you to be on-call in the event of emergency/emergency call outs.
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring a high standard of presentation, compliance, and resident satisfaction.
- Drive occupancy, revenue, and financial performance by effectively managing budgets and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team, creating a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
- Deliver an exceptional resident experience by fostering a safe, inclusive, and engaging community environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, owners, educational partners, and key stakeholders to support the property's ongoing success.
About You:As a commercially minded leader, you will demonstrate a passion for creating exceptional resident experiences and driving operational success across a modern asset. You will also have:
- Proven leadership experience in property management, accommodation, hospitality, student living, or a related service-driven industry.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets, occupancy, and business performance.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Valid Police Check + WWCC
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
