You’ll drive leasing outcomes by building meaningful relationships with prospective and current residents, delivering exceptional service at every stage of the leasing journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively manage leasing enquiries, tours, and applications to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue targets.
• Build strong relationships with prospective and current residents, ensuring a smooth and supportive leasing journey from first contact to move-in.
• Confidently present the unique benefits of BTR living and the high-quality services available, positioning the property as a premier lifestyle choice.
• Maintain accurate, high-impact property listings and effectively nurture leads through our CRM system in line with brand standards.
• Work closely with the Leasing Manager and wider team to ensure the property is presented at its best and leasing strategies are executed to the highest standard

Essential Skills & Experience

• Unrestricted working rights in Australia
• Valid Assistant Agent Certificate, Class 1 or 2 Real Estate Licence (VIC)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think quickly and act with confidence.
• Detail oriented and results driven, with a passion for exceeding targets and performance KPIs.
