Role Snapshot:
INDI Sydney are recruiting for a people-focused Assistant Property & Leasing Manager who thrives on delivering exceptional customer service and enjoys building meaningful relationships. In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of the property while delivering personalised service that makes residents feel right at home. From welcoming new residents and coordinating move-ins to assisting with community events and managing enquiries, no two days are the same.
What You Will Do:
In this role, you will:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, guests and prospective residents.
- Manage the front desk and act as the welcoming face of the community.
- Assist residents with enquiries, requests and day-to-day support.
- Coordinate resident move-ins, move-outs and apartment inspections.
- Support leasing activities and property management functions when required.
Skills & Experience Required:
Our ideal candidate will bring the following:
- Experience in hospitality, hotels, Build-to-Rent, property, customer service or premium retail.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong administration and computer skills (exposure/experience using StarRez is highly desirable).
- Valid Assistant Agent Certificate - NSW
- Unrestricted working rights & National Police Check
