The Opportunity:
  
Ready to shape the future of finance through AI and automation? UniLodge Living Group is looking for an innovative Business Analyst to join us on fixed term basis to lead the design and delivery of intelligent automation solutions that transform the way finance operates.
  
Working within the Solutions & Commercial team, you will collaborate with Finance, Operations and Technology stakeholders to design and deliver AI-powered automation solutions that enhance finance processes, improve operational efficiency and drive digital transformation.
  
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract concluding on 30 June 2027.

What You’ll Do:
  
At a glance, you will:

• Partner with Finance, Operations and Technology teams to understand how work gets done, identify inefficiencies and uncover opportunities to automate manual finance processes.
• Design, build and implement AI-powered agents and automated workflows that simplify tasks such as reconciliations, revenue management, reporting and financial controls.
• Lead automation projects from initial idea through to delivery, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs and deliver measurable improvements.
• Monitor and refine automation solutions, making enhancements over time to improve performance, scalability and user experience.
• Help embed new ways of working by supporting teams through the adoption of AI-enabled processes and ensuring solutions are well governed, secure and fit for purpose.

About You:

You are a naturally curious Business Analyst who enjoys solving complex business problems through technology. You will also bring:

• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering AI-enabled automation solutions, ideally within finance or accounting environments.
• At least 3 years' experience working with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Dynamics 365 and Dataverse.
• A strong understanding of finance and accounting processes, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation.
• Experience integrating data across platforms, with knowledge of data governance, APIs, data management and analytics.
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia
• Valid National Police Check
